1. 학과소개 정보학(informatics)은 정보의 표현과 처리 그리고 연결을 연구하는 학문으로, 의료정보학은 의학 및 생물학의 자료와 지식을 연결하고 처리하는 방법론의 개발과 응용에 관한 학문이다. 병원의 진료 정보를 다루는 데이터베이스 모델링(database modeling)과 인공지능을 이용한 임상의사결정(clinical decision making), 그리고 유전체 정보를 이용한 중개 연구(translational research)를 비롯하여 의학에서 사용할 수 있는 모든 자료와 지식을 대상으로 연구를 진행한다. 2. 학과 구성 현재 전임교수 1명(조성범 교수)으로 구성되어 있다. 3. 학과 활동 1) 교육 - 의생명정보학 입문 (Introduction to biomedical informatics) 의료정보학과 생물정보학의 기초 개념 소개 의생명정보학 데이터베이스 및 분석 도구 사용 실습 - 중개 생물정보학 입문 (Introduction to translational bioinformatics) 생물정보학을 이용한 질병 바이오마커 및 유전자 조절네트워크의 발굴 질병 지식기반시스템 구축 2) 연구 분야 -Translational bioinformatics Interpretation of genome-wide association study (GWAS) results using functional genomics data Development of analysis methods for GWAS - Biomedical data mining Co-morbidity relationship between diseases Biomarker discovery with multi-omics data - Information system for genetic diagnosis Development of novel decision making system for genetic diagnosis with NGS data - Precision medicine research using machine learning approach Detection of novel stratification of diseases based on biomedical data / knowledge - Construction of biomedical database 4. 학과 연락처 TEL., FAX: TBA E-mail: bm.informatics@gachon.ac.kr |
